If I get a refund of DreamCoins, will that get added to DreamCoins earn rate in the Level calculation?

Please note, that DreamCoins are refunded only when you purchase something from the Reward Shop and if the order wasn’t successful. For Champions Club, every DreamCoin is counted towards your progress.
