- Please make sure that you are checking the same bank account which you have submitted during your bank verification. The payout entry in your bank statement would be in the name of 'FIDUCIARY BILLING SOLUTION'
- In case you do not receive the payout post 5 working days of the withdrawal request, your withdrawal may have been rejected by your bank. The most common reason for the rejection may be an incorrect account number, wrong IFSC code, NRI account etc.
- In case there has been a rejection, we have you covered! We'll reverse the money back into your Dream11 account so that you can update your details and place a new withdrawal request again.
