The OTP (One Time Password) is generally delivered within 2 minutes of entering the mobile number.
There could be multiple reasons you haven’t received the OTP:
- You may have entered an incorrect number. Please double-check the number you’ve entered and ensure that you’re checking the device with the mobile number.
- You may be in an area with poor network or connectivity. Please ensure that you are at a place where you are able to receive calls and SMSes.
If you still don’t receive the OTP, you may have to contact your network service provider.
NOTE: If you have ever logged in using Social login (Facebook or Google) with the same account/team name, you can log in through Social as well.
