Withdrawals on Dream11 involve a transfer of money; hence, verifying your PAN card and bank account is mandatory.
To verify your PAN card, you need to:
- Provide your PAN number along with the full name and date of birth as per the PAN
It is important that the full name on the PAN card to be verified must match:
- Full name on any previously verified KYC document
- Full name on bank account which you want to verify
The PAN verification is completed in a maximum of 1 working day.
Here's a visual guide on the steps for PAN verification:
1. Head to My Balance by tapping on your profile pic > Winnings > Verify To Withdraw and tap on 'Verify' next to PAN Card
2. Enter your name, PAN card number and date of birth as mentioned on your PAN Card
You're done!
Note: This update is applicable to app version 5.37.0 and above for both Android and iOS. If you're using an older version of the app, you will need to upload a clear image of PAN. Please update to the latest version for a smoother experience.
PS: Once you verify a PAN card on your Dream11 account, the same PAN card can’t be used on any other Dream11 account. It also can't be unlinked from your Dream11 account.
